TripAdvisor Post-Purchase
I designed and launched a responsive post-purchase experience in Mar 2018. The experience empowers travelers to self-manage their booked tours and activities in post-purchase journey. It also provides a seamless experience for TripAdvisor and Viator customers regardless of where they booked their tours.
The experience significantly reduced CS call drivers generated by post-purchase issues, and improved engineering productivity on a newer tech stack.
